Among Millennials, ages 18 to 34, 29% said they had been tardy paying their mortgage, vs. 16% of those ages 35 to 54. And 45% of all respondents who did not have an education beyond high school said that if they had an emergency requiring them to pull together $2,000 within a month, they wouldn't be able to do so.
