Every time I've written an article about the dangers of reverse mortgages, I've invariably received a "nasty-gram" or two from reverse mortgage brokers telling me "How dare I imply that there is any danger in their product." In spite of all the "nothing could possibly go wrong" rhetoric in the ads, however, things have gone wrong. So wrong, in fact, 10% of all reverse mortgages are now in default or foreclosure
