Last week, I had three calls related to homeowners in their 80s, and so far, I've been able to help save all three from a pending foreclosure sale or, in two instances, eviction... one was an 84 year-old woman from Glendale.Â
Her $350,000 loan was the result of a cash-out refi, and she took over $200k out of her equity at the time. She spent the money living for the last five or six years.
