There is only on solution for the politburo, and it fleetingly escapes them wherever they look: raising internal consumption and getting the economy off the addiction to exports. The Chinese don't have enough faith in their leaders to spend their savings, and there's very little in sight that would make me believe that's going to change sometime soon.
