"Apparently Texas Attorney General Greg Abbot has decided that the best way to deal with the “robo-signing scandal†[Even though Texas is a non-judicial state] is to “throw the baby out with the bathâ€. Not only is he demanding that foreclosures be halted, but the sale of foreclosures as well."
