2010-09-08 — neithercorp.us A pretty good wide-ranging, high-level economic rant. Good to share with the "uninitiated." Some might consider this statement to be rather brash. I disagree. According to the data, it is highly unlikely that we will see the housing market return to even a semblance of its former glory in our lifetimes. I often hear MSM analysts claim on a monthly basis that housing has bottomed, only to have home prices fall yet again, or mortgage rates hit record low after record low.
