Philadelphia Housing Authority chief facing foreclosure. Philadelphia Housing Authority chief is facing a midlife crisis. The man who no one thought would be facing this issue has received notice of foreclosure from his bank.
But I am sure the man will be able to avert the crisis. Nonetheless it is a major embarrassment not just for Mr Carl Greene but his company as well.
