In an email to Brokers and Correspondents today, Flagstar has announced they will no longer accept "4th Party Originations" through their wholesale channel. What that means, specifically, is "super-brokers" (correspondents) who themselves fund and sell TPO (third-party) paper will no longer be able to sell those loans to Flagstar.
