Martello Investment Management has confirmed it will fold later this year and return capital to investors, Hedge Funds Review reports. It has not raised enough assets to run its hedge fund and advisory business.
The portfolio of the $1 billion Massachusetts-based fund of hedge funds company consists of global macro, quantitative and relative value managers. It concentrates on alternative investments using tactical trading strategies.
