Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac cut to underperform at Credit Suisse on capital issues

"Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Wednesday were both downgraded to underperform from neutral at Credit Suisse, which said the $7 billion preferred stock offering at Fannie Mae and the lack of internal capital generation at Freddie Mac drove the two cuts."
