This weeks Four Horsemen of the Markets have had a tremendous, even historical effect on every aspect of business and finance this week, and the surprises keep coming. Just as the Markets hit lows for the year, the Fed has now announced that they want Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan to fund a $70BB rescue fund for AIG.
