Good afternoon - I represent a group of physicians currently looking for Spec. Builders willing to construct an assisted living facility on a turn-key basis. By "Turn-Key" I am referring to a Spec. Builder willing to construct this facility from ground to completion with no disbursement of funds until the date of closing. Our physicians are 100% financed to make this purchase, however the terms of finance require that the facility be completed 100% - prior to moving forward.

1- ATTENTION ALL SPEC. BUILDERS - OUR PHYSICIANS ARE 100% PRE-SOLD TO PURCHASE THESE FACILITY(S).
2 - OUR PHYSICIANS ARE 100% FINANCED TO MAKE THIS PURCHASE. IF THE FACILITY IS CONSTRUCTED ACCORDING TO OUR AGREED UPON PLANS, THE FACILITY WILL BE PURCHASED 100% OUTRIGHT.
3 - AT THIS POINT WE ARE SIMPLY LOOKING FOR SPEC. BUILDERS THAT HAVE SUFFICIENT CAPITOL AND THE WILLINGNESS TO PROCEED WITH THIS TYPE OF TRANSACTION.
