I guess this is a problem we only wished of having a couple of years ago. It's here, and land is in short supply.
Our company is making more of an emphasis on in-fill as there are always teardown opportunities, as many areas such as Garden Oaks are improving and becoming more and more desirable.
What I don't see is the next big master-planned on the horizon. Maybe I'm misinformed; if so, please set me straight. With all the construction set to begin on 290, the traffic will be even more horrible than it is now, but that stretch has the potential to go through the renaissance that the Katy freeway corridor has gone through lately.
