John R,

YOU MUST KIDDING!!! With KB's reputation?

In reference to your post under "Home Builder Implosion/Ailing/ They are at it Again; thank you for finally acknowledging the "serious" concerns that exist in our home. You have questioned our motives, integrity and intelligence. Now you look like an imbecile!

The pictures have always been there...what is interesting is that you ran your mouth, before clicking to page two.

Touting your building experience as your claim to fame, no wonder the building industry is in the shape it is in. Your comments has proven that knowledge is optional for Texas home builders. Everyone knows that homeowners insurance does NOT cover building defects.

Your web site shows the pic page as being updated on Feb 21st 2009 @ 8:18pm. You need to change your web site if you want the public to believe that those pics "have always been there".

From your comment "Everyone knows that homeowners insurance does NOT cover building defects.", it appears that you contacted your insurance company and they had the foundation inspected and informed you that they feel it is a builder defect. There should be no problem having the builder repair your foundation now that you have a third party foundation report stating that the foundation has failed in the engineer’s opinion. The builder has a 10 warranty on the foundation and will repair it if it fails within 10 years. Therefore, it looks like your foundation will be repaired at no cost to you. Congratulations!

Oh wait...

Your web site says "On November 13, 2008 KB Home sent two representatives along with an entourage of engineers to inspect the problem "in" the house. No, they did not send anyone with the authority to purchase the home back." Looks like you do not want KB to follow through with their contractual obligation to repair your foundation. Therefore, my "money grab" comment appears to be accurate.

Also, KB does not personally repair your foundation. A foundation repair company repairs the foundation and KB pays for it.

The imbecile is apparent, and fortunately, it's not me. Wink

Have a great week!

John R.
Your conjecture is ugly and unnecessary.
Turn the page next time before you scold the poster.

Ugly and unnessesary? So John has a different opinion than you.. What do you think we should do? Set bombs like you did.

Since you can't come up with an intelligent, cognitive thought, or item for discussion, you throw in an ad hominem attack.

Yes, thank you. I have been the target of ad hominem attacks and diversionary remarks directed at me. They are pointless, it's better to stick to the subject of the thread with one's opinion.
