Just joined. I've got a very important question. There is a National program that was modelled after the Pennsylvania HEMAP program to help unemployed homeowners keep their homes. I've looked up their requirements for the plan and I meet all of the requirement.....except for one. They will not allow FHA loans under the program.
I need to know if this is still true for the National HEMAP Program. Does anyone know if it was modelled EXACTLY the same as the PA version? Does anyone know where a copy of the National HEMAP program is online? I'm unemployed and I was denied for the FHA - HAMP program on 7/13/10. This might be my last option to save my home! Thanks for any and all information!
