Loan mod help. (question)
PostPosted: Wed Apr 14, 2010 8:02 pm Reply with quoteBack to top

I'm completeing a loan mod req for my primary res and the loan is with chase. I purchased the home 6 yes ago by meself. I'm the only one on the note and title. I recently married and filed joint returns last year. My wife and I keep all of our finances seperate but filed joint due to the tax break. Will chase factor in my wifes income even though she is not on the loan mod request and not on the note.

"Do I think its misleading not tell them about your real household income".....Its funny you say that especially coming from an ex loan officer who mislead hundreds of borrowers...Dont try and reply by saying your not in lending because you are. Your probably the macaroon who gave me this misleading loan.

do bother replying because im ending my subscription to this site.....

Well my friend, the time has come to this. i wouldn't tell your wife's income due to the fact you had the house already before you married,, 2nd are you late, forget about that mod. Be real. Hope that helps.

I've been referring people to this guy and he has achieved fabulous results. He doesn't charge anything unless and until he secures a loan modification to which you agree.

You can also do-it-yourself and he'll guide you through it.

Hello all, Now I was just advised my loan was being tranferred to another lender and chase told they stopped working on the loan now and can't tell me anything? They ordered an appraisal a couple weeks ago and pulled my credit and then everything just stopped..,, I don't know what to do?
