FHA Conf Call on ML-2009-46, Temp Guidelines for Condos

FHA will conduct an industry conference call on “FHA Mortgagee Letters 2009-46 A, Temporary Guidance for Condominium Policy, and 2009-46 B, Condominium Approval Process for Single Family Housing, on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). The conference call will feature a brief overview of the mortgagee letters, followed by an open question and answer session. While the call is designed to address the new condominium guidance, answers will also be provided on questions concerning other FHA topics.
