Kyle Davidson has cancelled 2012. He said there will not be a 2012.

After reading these forums for several years I've reached a couple of conclusions:

You have a personal grudge against KB Home and Kyle Davidson. The iPhone comment was like 5 years ago, let it go already. Whatever KB/Kyle Davidson did to you - you need to move on.

No grudge - I follow the local publics to look for opportunities when they make foolish decisions -

KB has consistently made the dumbest decisions and they have been easy pickings.....unfortunately they don't have any more money to invest in idiotic deals

And yet KB is still around, still buying land and building homes. They even survived the iPhone comment, which none of us would even remember if it wasn't for you reminding us in almost every post you make.
