I would never buy SLV. It is a paper derivative designed by the bankers to siphon off real physical demand. IMHO it will come to be a scam where it will go MF Global.

dreamer - 4 months ago you were on here talking about going long the 3X gold bull etf 'NUGT'. I don't think that's really any safer than SLV.

mahalo guy - you might want to take a look at AG (first majestic silver). I had a stink bid in and it got hit today. under 13 bucks is a screaming good buy for AG ... not that it can't go much lower of course. CEF is another option that I like.

Commodities have certainly been taking it on the chin for the past couple of weeks.
