I have followed there links and big surprise they have expired now and are working under different names! So I guess we were right they were fraud and fakes and on here and other board trying to convince us they were legit and other things. What complete jerks! I feel so sorry for people who gave them five to six thousand dollars. What a shame! Shame on them!

No need for the K2 websites, the sites have been moved to Mass Litigation Alliance. Google Mass Litigation Alliance, and check out how many websites come with different addresses and phone numbers. You'll probably find some, like I have, that received Cease & Desist letters and/or were banned websites as per the Kramer-Kaslow.com website.
There is a hearing this week on the Ronald vs. B of A case where co-counsel has filed a motion to remove Stein as co-lead counsel and to provide an accounting. One of the issues cited in the motion is the marketing of Ronald vs. B of A case, mailers, and Kramer affiliations.
Should get interesting. At least the DRE has issued a warning for consumers to be leery of mass litigation marketing.

They actually told me they were changing there name and I saw them copy Mass Litigation Alliance's website but they use litigation alliance .com instead, as there website address. You are right you can tell all the different company's by all the different addresses and phone numbers, but they seem to be able to change those at the drop of a hat!

All of the Mass Litigation Affiliate sites that I have found involve non-attorneys (or not a member of the bar in the state the affiliate is residing in and California).
Kramer & Kaslow appear to have intentionally deceived the public by claiming that the affiliates were not authorized on the Kramer-Kaslow.com website only to have already formed Mass Litigation Alliance so that the affiliates could use the new name. It made Kramer look like he was doing something, when he was actually just hiding the affiliates under a new name.
Mind you, in the motion to remove Stein as co-lead counsel on the Ronald vs B of A case, a declaration from Vito Torchia Jr. was filed that contains this email exhibit that shows Phil Kramer was cc'd in the email (note: on the pdf, moving the curser over the name displays the email address, and it is the same one listed with the CA Bar)
Keep in mind that Brookstone Law is a bona fide law firm and Vito Torchia Jr. is an attorney, so I don't take issue with Brookstone providing intake services for Kramer. My issue with the email is that it confirms that APC and Kramer were serving as the intake ARM for Kramer. The declarations of the attorneys and other parties verify that Kramer was still involved with Stein before and after the Stein claiming to the court on 2.3.11 that Stein was not affiliated with Kramer.
Here is a link to full response to Stein's opposition to the motion to remove him as co-counsel: (Note: Steve Rhode's site goes down on occasion, and you have to check back until it comes back up)
New twist to the saga. While Stein's Ronald vs B of A case is still listed the Kramer-Kaslow.com site, there is no longer has a warning page. Also, Mass Litigation Alliance is no longer linked as an approved of counsel firm. There is a new firm now linked called Consolidated Litigation Group, PC:
Of course, the different websites have different intake office addresses and phone numbers. Isn't that special?
It is also interesting to note that the Consolidated Litigation Group website is registered to J. Robert Berrellez. Mr. Berrellez is (or was) in the modification business, and his website: www.247247inc.com shows that it is a website for Christopher J. Van Son, the new attorney listed on the Consolidated Litigation Group website.
File this under things that make you go hmmmm.....
