Motion to remove Mitchell J. Stein from Ronald vs. B of A

On March 28, 2011, a motion was filed on the Ronald vs. Bank of America Case # BC409444 by co-counsel to remove Mitchell J. Stein as co-lead counsel for plaintiffs and as counsel for specified plaintiffs, and to compel Stein to turn over engagement agreements and for an accounting.

Apparently, co-counsel has being doing their homework and have finally had enough of the mass marketing of the mass joinders and the actions of Kramer & Kaslow, K2 Law, Mass Litigation Alliance, Hartford Dunn and other affiliates.

I'm grabbing the popcorn. This should get interesting.

Note: The motion is not to remove Stein from the case but as co-lead counsel and to separate clients.

Stein has still done excellent work on the case, and there is no assertion by other counsel that Stein is not an outstanding attorney.

Why this is important is that it does force Stein to reply and it does force the court to address the situation.
