What is an Illegal Foreclosure ?
PostPosted: Tue Mar 16, 2010 12:36 pm Reply with quoteBack to top

IF YOUR FORECLOSURE IS STARTED BY THE WRONG LENDER, THEN YOUR FORECLOSURE MAY BE ILLEGAL. (Make sure the lender on your deed of trust is the same lender foreclosing on your home. If not, then there must be a recorded assignment transferring the loan to the new lender before that lender can start the foreclosure)

IF YOUR FORECLOSURE IS STARTED EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE NOT BEHIND ON YOUR PAYMENTS (Yes, this happens!), THEN YOUR FORECLOSURE MAY BE ILLEGAL.

IF YOUR FORECLOSURE DOES NOT FOLLOW ALL OF THE STEPS REQUIRED BY LAW, THEN YOUR FORECLOSURE MAY NOT BE A VALID AND LEGAL FORECLOSURE.
This is only a fiew reason. That's why if you don't have a "Full Forensic Mortgage investigation with Securitization Chain Research" IT'S INCOMPLETE !!!!!!!

Thanks for sharing the detail information regarding the foreclosure. But
Foreclosure is only slightly better than bankruptcy. Some people call bankruptcy a "clean slate." In truth, a bankruptcy will likely remain part of your credit score for even longer - usually ten years.

Bk is just something of the past. In 4 months you will get offers. Your Bk history will stay on your credit history, but not like you think. Also a Foreclosure will not be as long as you think either. Don't Bk if you don't need to. I know this post is old, but search the net, there are more solutions out there.
