if the lenders won't do loan mods, and people don't want to lose their homes...this is an option while we short sale, do a home repurchase or sale/...Obama's HAMP is a complete failure....

Trustee Verification Delay Service
PostPosted: Wed Jun 09, 2010 9:39 pm Reply with quoteBack to top

I'm seriosuly considering this service and was just wondering if anyone out there have any "un-biased" opinions/thoughts/experience regarding this delay tactic. Thanks in advance.

Re Delaying your Foreclosure
PostPosted: Fri Sep 03, 2010 6:40 am Reply with quoteBack to top

First you must contest the lenders lawsuit. This means you must formally notify them that you disagree with their lawsuit. Your notification should be sent via certified mail.

The next step will be a default hearing, for which you will receive notice. At this hearing you can either represent yourself as best you can, hire a lawyer, or seek to have a lawyer take your case for free as a form of community service.

DELAY TACTICS/ LOAN MODS
PostPosted: Mon Sep 13, 2010 6:19 pm Reply with quoteBack to top

WELL IN TODAY'S WORLD WE HAVE NEW TACTICS IF LOAN MODS AREN'T WORKING. THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO STOP YOUR SALES DATE THAT WON'T EVEN AFFECT YOU. YES YOU CAN EVEN RE-WRITE YOUR OLD LOAN WITH CURRENT MARKET VALUE. BUT IF YOU REALLY WANT TO SAVE YOUR HOME AND YOU GOT DECLINED ASK WHY YOU DID. ASK DOES YOUR INVESTOR DO MOD PROGRAMS AND WHICH ONES. KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING THE BANKS WON'T HELP YOU OUT SO DON'T EXPECT IT. ITS A LIE IF THEY SAY THEY DO. PAPER GATHERING IS ONE THING, BUT THE IN'S AND OUT'S ARE ANOTHER.

Please do not type your entire post in CAPS. It is the cyber equivalent of yelling and really not necessary or appropriate.
