I was just informed that Wall Homes is now in Chapter 7 bankruptcy instead of Chapter 11.
I was also told by a sub that the new company has some of the former Wall and Choice people working for the new company. Maybe now they will know how much it cost them to build a home. |

Counsel for Wall has filed a motion to convert the case (the other parties have until I think it was 11/16 to object) and Endeavor Wall has filed a motion to enforce the order to sell the the main assets to them or in the alternative give them administrative powers over the liquidation. |

It just doesn't matter.
Wall and Endeavor Wall are both currently irrelevant.
Maybe something will change in the future. |

Anyone hear of what happened in court or were there further delays? Also, a little bird told me that two employees have already quit. |

There's a hearing set for 12/16 to hear a variety of motions that have been filed. |

Anyone know what's happening with Wall Homes? I saw an ad for 5 locations in the newspaper, but the web site shows far more, and a little birdie told me that they are down to one salesman and promoted Larry Wall to sales maanger. |

Wall's bankruptcy just got converted to a Chapter 7 case. There is still a hearing set for 12/16 to see if Wall Endeavor can force the sale of the assets to them or at least get control of the liquidation. |

They're downsizing. I heard they sold their best San Antonio subdivisions to DH Horton. Times are tough--guess we'll see what remains in another year or so. |
