Mass Judicial Foreclosure

Martin,

You screwed up. MA is a non-judicial foreclosure state. Just like CA.

The issues that were brought up by this case are the same issues I have been screaming and writing up in audits now for over a year.

We just have to get the CA courts to rule on this, since the ruling was in a different jurisdiction.

Much more to the arguments than what was printed in the ruling.

The funny thing is that I was arguing with an attorney outside a Santa Clara courtroom on Wed over this same thing.

Martin,

Are you getting lazy in your old age? You didn't interview any of the attorneys in the case and only quoted the Jerry Kronenberg. Your old pal Steve could have hooked you up if you would have picked up the phone. LOL
