I have been doing mods for a long time doing with every lender out there. I see some horrible things from the clients telling me the horror stories, and each one has a close relation with the other. If the service rep is having a bad day. Let them know you will call back. Get a new one. Believe it or not that can make a huge difference. Also ask there name. It helps, cause some just have a job and others care. Wells fargo is a good and bad bank to deal with. Depending on the situation of what you are doing. They are bullies let me tell u. Ive seen them drain 401k's and retirement funds. I have seen the client wait till the last day to stop the sales date, just because. That's in CAlI. It gets worse when you go out of state. These poor people are treated like they have no education, poor knowledge of what is really going on. it's sad to say there is a real difference. Banks know it and capitalize on it. This lady with wells is a sad case, but the bottom line, they say mods are a fraud, but look at banks, they never give you nothing in writing, never stop foreclosure proceedings, and always are calling you 24/7. Let the homeowner breathe!!!! Option ONe is the worse loan service out there. They stop you first in india then re route you back to the OC. But first you have to yell cuss, say mean things, because they have direct orders not to let you through. It's crazy....But frustration is the key and keep on swimming with these sharks.@@ AS for NACA JOKE, don't kid yourself, they are a scam. They get paid no matter what. So minimum input and max. output.
