We called him to offer a free loan modification to the elderly lady he wrote about sometime ago. Guess what! He never returned our call. I have read his articles for many years now. I know the mortgage business inside and out. I am one of the last Mortgage companies standing through the last ten years with no buybacks, no repurchases, and no litigation. All that with heavy volume. Anyway, Mr. Padilla has never written a truly factual article on any mortgage related matter ever!
