This is something they should have been doing 6-9 months ago. If it's taking them this long to act, it's a sign there is too much bureacracy at DRE or it's all for show to give people the impression DRE is doing something. Government bureacrats, which the California government seems to have an over abundance of, like to confuse motion with action.
