Shane, are you kidding me, are you that much of a narcissist? These poor people have already lost their home, there's no loan left to be modified. Be kind and just give them some money anonymously. Please don't make these poor people call you and beg you for some cash for a hotel room. Have some compassion for God's sake!
Maybe you've never been a situation as challenging as the one the Arteaga's are facing, but from someone who has, let me tell you, for people who are inherently humble and proud, the more bleak the circumstances, the harder it is for them to ask for money. Insisting that these people call you and beg for a handout is beyond cruel.
The only valid reason for them to call you is if you are offering to let them stay at your place and you want to give them your address without having to publish it online. The BofA account information is right in the article. Let us know when you have made a meaningful DONATION or have the Arteaga's comfortably situated at your place. Otherwise, do the world a favor and kill yourself. |

Well Steve P,
I am a little shocked by your reply.
First and foremost, we are NOT a loan modification company! We help people get the legal leverage that they need to save OR get their home back. Just because they have lost their DOESN'T mean we can't help them (most cases we can). We have HELPED a number of clients that have ALREADY foreclosured. Next time you want to jump to conclusions please do your research first. If you want to see the FEDERAL court cases that we have filed then please feel more than welcome to check it out here.

Once again, if anybody want to contact me and get me in contact with the Arteaga family I would love to see what we can do to help.....For FREE. Pro-Bono! Just because there are people out there that take advantage of people, doesn't mean that there are not nice, compassionate people that want to help. Please don't get me or my companies confused with a scam or con artists.
Thank you!

When I lay my head down on that concrete sidewalk of a pillow, that's what I'm dreaming of, legal leverage, such sweet dreams. Silly me! Who needs crazy luxuries like food, shelter, and running water when you got Shane's "legal leverage" instead?
I'm sorry for suggesting you should kill yourself. By chance were you ever dropped on your head when you were a baby? |

SteveP....
You seem like you really got screwed in the past and I wish you hadn't fallen victim to somebodies scam. I see that you are very bitter towards anybody that is willing to help other people. I am hoping by reading and answering questions on these forums it will help alleviate some of your anger. Have a great rest of the weekend.

...and I would be glad to help.
As a point of information, there are several things that can be done--even after a foreclosure. You'd be surprised what a lender is willing to do after being caught participating in loan with violations of federal and state laws.
And Shane, yes, I feel your pain. Why? Because I was losing MY home--and I'm a single mom with a 3 year old. I researched and dug and learned how to audit my loan. I stopped the foreclosure (actually they cancelled it) and now every once in a while they send me pathetic mortgage statements which I open, laugh and stick in a file.
The loan was so riddled with violations that THEY would owe ME money. I even had the president of the foreclosing/servicing company get on the phone and scream and yell at me. Yet, I'm still here.
Auditing is the FIRST thing anyone should do when choosing to battle your lender. You need ammunition--and this will give it to you.
If you're interested in learning more, I'd be happy to answer any questions through this thread.

You are the first Deposit Modification firm I have come across. BofA is the institution where the charity assistance account was opened. Are you planning on trying to "work with BofA" to modify the charity assistance account? Pro bono, you are going to strong ARM the largest bank in the US to pay 2.25% in lieu of 2% interest on the charitable deposits? One twelth of one quarter of a percent may even mean an extra can of beans every month. Wow, what a meaningful contribution you are offering!
Based on how sloppy you are at ascertaining the details, you are the type that would do more harm than good for homeowners.
Is there anybody, anybody at all, in the loan mod business with an IQ over 100? |
