Well h**l Mandelman, I wanna talk. Why so surprised? Surely this wasn't a complete suprise? Isn't this sorta expected? Surely it's very expected.

So how is Soho and Central Park East? I'm not doing so well in Gutter Alley. Main Street lost me last year.

Heck I heard maybe we will have an FHA problem next? Have you heard that yet? I won't be surprised at FHA being way over their heads at this point.

How bout that auto industry? You think we gonna have any hardships there? Will we be surprised if we do? More foreclosures I'll bet. And can you imagine I almost had a good job but heck that loan modification company was put out of business by the federal government, guess I can thank our president for that job loss.

I sure wish people would quit using banks, at least quit using the ones that are getting bail-out money. How much power would we have if we did that? Well least it would make a statement.

Goldy!

Sorry, I've been MIA... have been swamped getting things together to fight this nonsense. I'm putting together a bunch of interesting tactics... including showing our power by attacking banks. And much more.

I'll keep you posted...

A tricky question? There's nothing tricky about it. Let me be clear. Crystal clear.

"This is the law firm of Frank, Dodd and Geitner demanding your attention!"

"All of you can't add or subtract, sorry bastards out there that can't make your mortgage payments, drop your pants, join hands, bend over and grab your ankles. This is the last time we're gonna service you."

"The fact that you're imcompetent is irrelevant. Being the benevolent, omnipotent, magnanimous gods we are, we're going to modify your mortgages. Here's how it works."

READY?

"You call up the banks (ugh). They'll arbitrarily decide what you will pay monthly (ugh). You will then agree (signature required) to owing over twice what your home is currently worth (ugh). In fifteen years you should break even. Quit your whimpering (ugh)!"

"And don't be paying for service! We do this for free (UGH)!"

"There ya Go! How'd that work for ya? Don't ask for anymore favors!"

"See ya next year."

lotzahomes...

Okay, that was good! I'm still chuckling... "You call up the banks (ugh!)" It's absolutely perfect... I think I may use it somewhere, but I'll be sure to credit you...
